Privacy policy

This policy covers the website at riderpin.com. The RiderPin app has not launched yet; it will have its own privacy policy, published here before it reaches the stores.

What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us. When you ask to hear when RiderPin launches, we store the address and the time you sent it. Nothing else is attached to it.

Nothing else. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking code. Fonts are served from riderpin.com itself, not from a third party. If you switch the site to day mode, that choice is kept in your own browser and never sent to us.

What we use it for

One email to tell you RiderPin is in the App Store and Google Play. We will not send anything else, and we will never sell or share the list.

We rely on your consent to hold the address. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is kept

The site and the list are hosted by Cloudflare, which acts as our processor. Cloudflare may process data in countries other than yours; it does so under the safeguards that data protection law requires. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse.

How long

We delete the list once the launch email has gone out. If RiderPin does not launch, we delete it by the end of 2027.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to hello@riderpin.com from the address in question and we will act within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
